A lot of them are really simple to make more difficult. I also use band and weights when exercises become too easy. I know this helps with *any* workout, obviously, but I've done a lot of her programs, and I've always seen really good results. I'm excited to see our results after a month! We are eating much healthier now, and I have much less treats. My daughter lost a pound or 2 and could tell a big difference in her stamina and flexibility. We both saw results from it! I lost another pound, and we finished on my period week, so I was really pleased. I enjoyed the workout so much! My daughter and I did the 2019 2 week shred after I finished the WLC, just to do something that wasn't quite as strenuous or difficult since I had just finished the WLC and she needed something a bit simpler. I had a lot of bloat to lose, and I didn't follow a specific "diet" the first couple of weeks, except attempt to eat better. I kept getting sick off and on, husband had surgery, kids had activities, holidays, and just life. Mind you, I hadn't worked out consistently for a while since life had been crazy. I started the 2023 weight loss challenge the day it came out and finished exactly on time. I don't mind doing them, and I can pause them if I need to walk around and take a few breaths. So you could probably swap a cardio workout for a dance one if that makes you happier. Chloe is rather uncoordinated so she doesn't do dance stuff. A lot of the moves are pilates moves so you will be familiar with much of it. eg she doesn't do arms two days in a row, she lets you rest them and we do legs/glutes. From what you've written it looks like you are doing something similar but in an unstructured way. It IS an actual program based on cardio and strength training. Some people chose to boycott that kind of messaging and that's fine, that is their choice. It is the same marketing that's been happening forever.

I guess people in the US had it as "Lose up to 20lb in 30 days". I am old enough to remember Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred - lose up to 10kg in 30 days.

  • The clickbait kerfuffle is just bizarre to me.
  • I want decent fitness, a strong body, and obviously one that looks good is nice too! For me, I have no wish to become advanced. It still means they are effective for you NOW.

So keep in mind, that if you continue on and want to advance there will be a time when you outgrow her challenges. Her target market is beginners, and nearly all the haters don't market to them.Alot of people ask for advise, share input or just have discussions.Īs others have mentioned she gets a LOT of hate - which is so unwarranted. Many people post their progress and its progress over months to a year. Check her results videos and join her discord. When one of the rules in her discord is to never discuss diets and has a list of diets you arent alowed to mention.īut anyways. He even said Chloé's discord is sexist, anti feminist, toxic and promotes bad diets. Like okay I thought people didn't check descriptions why is you link there then?. One time he was going on about how Chloe should start her video with a disclaimer and not have it in her description because "people dont check the descriptions on videos" and i found a comment where someone asked "okay well what is a good healthy workout then?" and he legit replied with " if you checked my description you can find an email where I will give you your personal workout" or some shit 😂😂. There is a guy called ForNeverLean that makes a lot of hate videos on her but you can tell people like him just do topics for clout and dont do research on older videos or other videos even. She constantly promotes healthy eating habits like eating a balanced meal and not cut out anything (besides sugar but it's not necessarily needed). Infact in all her react videos to people's progress she will say " results take time", " some people will se results in a month, 2 months, a year etc". For example till this day people will make videos on "its impossible to get abs in 2 weeks" when chloe has said MANY times in numerous videos 2 years ago even, that you cant het abs in 2 weeks. People will mention things and act as if Chloe herself hasnt mentioned these things before. You can watch one of those videos and then watch one of hers and see that they contradict one another. Alot of people make videos on chloe saying she is click baiting, lying and "fake".
